Meet the Young Brothers:
Flynn, Caleb & Brogan

Hi! We’re Flynn, Caleb, and Brogan. Three brothers who grew up right here in Fuquay Varina and attend Willow Spring High. We started Young Brothers Cleaning to help put ourselves through college and aren't afraid to get our hands dirty to get there.

We noticed that big corporate cleaning companies often rush from house to house, missing the little things that matter. Since it’s just the three of us, our family name is on the line with every job. We’ll show up on time, we won’t cut corners, and we’ll treat your home with the exact same respect we give our own. Just an honest, thorough clean from your neighbors down the road.

The "Young Brothers" Standard

Starting at 7.5¢ / sq ft

All Rooms

  • Floors: Vacuuming followed by a professional spin mop for a deep, streak-free finish.
  • Pick Up: Loose items on the floor (including clothes) will be neatly folded and placed on the bed or table.
  • Surface Dusting: All flat surfaces (tables, mantels, shelves) and ceiling fans.
  • Deep Sanitization: Disinfecting high-touch points like light switches, remotes, and doorknobs.
  • Bed Service: Beds made with existing linens.
    *Sheet Service: If fresh sheets are provided, we will strip the bed and replace them. Old sheets will be neatly placed in your laundry room or designated hamper.
  • Waste Removal: Collecting trash from every room and replacing all liners.

Kitchen

  • Appliance Polish: Polishing all exterior surfaces (including electric and gas stovetops) and a full interior cleaning of the microwave.
  • Countertops & Sinks: Detailed cleaning and sanitization.
  • Cabinet Refresh: Wiping down cabinet faces to remove spots or grease.
  • Floors: Thorough vacuuming/sweeping to remove all debris, followed by a spin mop.
  • Waste Removal: Collecting trash and replacing all liners.

Bathrooms

  • Sanitization: Scrubbing and disinfecting toilets, showers, and bathtubs.
  • Fixture Polish: Cleaning and polishing mirrors, faucets (microfiber cloth for shine), and handles.
  • Baseboard Detail: Removing dust and grime from baseboards.
  • Vanity Organization: Wiping down countertops and organizing surface items.
  • Floors: Thorough vacuuming/sweeping to remove all debris, followed by a spin mop.
  • Waste Removal: Collecting trash and replacing all liners.

Note: Our standard service includes tidying and folding floor items only; we do not provide full-service washing or drying.
